Superb resort with employees who go above and beyond

Absolutely everything. I would have to say that the staff were phenomenal. The employees alone would make me want me to go back never mind the food and the accommodation. Excellent facilities as well. A special thank you to all of the team in the Baani restaurant and especially to Arka our butler who was exceptional. Thanks for an amazing holiday

Great experience .. feels like paradise

wonderful resort with very big beatiful lagoon we had the Ocean Suite, which I can recommend great restaurants to choose from, all were super. Great bars with sun-set view. Also loved the infinity pool with is for Ocean Suites Guests. Special thanks to the team of the Baani restaurant, outstanding service from everyone, and thanks to our butler Prikchit, who always responded practically in real-time We had a great massage by Jen in the spa great snorkeling right from our place, nice diversity of fish, quite intact coral

we have had slightly better buffet restaurants, but this was more than compensated with the special restaurants to choose from. In other places, the buffet place was the center of dining for the whole resort, and here it is all more distributed. considering this is quite a new place, the suites showed some signs of usage but these are minor points and don't spoil the great experience

A dream holiday location that we'd love to return to

We enjoyed a dream holiday in an amazing location with excellent facilities & first-class catering including wines and spirits, all made that much more special by the attentive, friendly and helpful resort staff. Our butler Preetham was exceptional and he and his colleagues Silva, Rohana, Jayalal, Hussein and staff generally, all went out of their way to make our stay a truly wonderful experience. We unreservedly recommend Heritance Aarah!

Wonderful Maldives Experience

Staff was so friendly, food was amazing and nice variety of activities. Rooms were clean.

Sea plane departure time was so early, so we spent 8 hours at the international airport.

What was the highlight of Heritance Aarah

The vacation which one of the best we have ever had until now.

The whole experience of our stay was excellent. The stay was coordinated by our butler Arka who was always available and making the best of our vacation. We have for the full 100 % enjoyed our stay. In the restaurant Baani we have had a friendly, exceptional, thoughtful service from Hamdoon who really enriched our stay and made us feel very welcome. Also, Nirman (Baani) and AJ (Ambulla) offered us a great and friendly service. The quality of the food was exquisite in the Baani restaurant as well as the Ambulla restaurant, where the team offered a high quality food and service. The spa was very well and the massages were excellent. The Ocean Suite we stayed in did have all the possibilities for an exquisite stay with a great view to the sunset every evening which created a spectacular experience at almost every evening. The pool was great and also the service of the team who did service the villa's was great, and they did good care of us. The house interior offered everything needed for a great stay. The island is beautiful and looks very nice and well taken care of. The gym was clean and had a state-of-the-art equipment and also enough, so there was no waiting time and enough possibilities to do the exercises.

The dive center activities were expensive and the planning what not as you can expect, compared to the quality of the resort. The trip to the manta's (400 dollar) started almost 2 hours too late and after the trip the guide explained that we started too late. Which is strange as the co-ordination was in their hands. The whole planning was messy and for such a high amount you may and can expect much more quality. Of course, nature decides for itself if there will be manta's, but the way this was communicated and handled was disappointing. The promise for a compensation was never met, nor did we have heard anything from the team. This was disappointing as it does influence the high quality standard of the entire resort and our stay. The price of the spa was high, also compared to previous stays we have had in the same high quality resorts who offered the same quality of massage. Despite these matters, the rest of the stay was excellent.

Enjoyed

Food was good but the variety of food was not enough. We ate at Ramba most of the time. Staff was very attentive and tried by all means in taking care of us. Arka was outstanding, he was always at service, whenever we needed. Bicycles were available on rent, but the buggy service was fast that we didn't have to walk. Check-in was super smooth, our room was already ready, and the key was handed over to us within minutes. The beaches and water were crystal clear.

Nothing much to mention in this section. Only the beach is full of shells from the sea, which makes it difficult to walk on the beach. Breakfast there was not much option in non-veg. Like no beef or turkey bacon etc. etc.

Amazing trip

Lovely picturesque Island with a variety of restaurants and activities to choose from. The ocean villa was amazing, clean with a stunning view of the ocean. The staff were lovely and accommodating from the airport to the island resort through-out our stay. Preetham was a great host and butler. I would recommend Heritance Aaarah to family and friends!

I would have l preferred a more extensive and diverse house reef for snorkelling, which we enjoy as a family, rather than relying on boat excursions.

we had an amazing stay at Heritance. since we arrived, all dinners, hotel areas, diving, everything perfect. the only restaurant I do not recommend so much is the only one was chargeable, it is the Hathaa. the food is ok, but the others restaurants which were mot chargeable, the experience were much better, like a michelin star. also need to mention the person who took care of us all the days, Prashant amazing person, very careful with us, efficient and providing all the requests we had to.

Wonderful

Where to start? This was an amazing trip. The island, service, food and everything was exceptional

Only few details. Service in the pool area could be improved, we didn't get served, offered drinks as often as we wanted A couple of days the sea brought in some rubbish to the beach which I happily collected. They have a team shipping the beach once a day buy maybe 1 or 2 times more a day is needed?

My stay experience with Heritance resort in maldives was so amazing and above expectation. I had a lot of surprises as i went there for my anniversary with my wife. Since we arrived, the warm welcome started with taking care of our baggage, and the transportation to their lounge waiting for the seaplane to departure to the resort. They offered us free snacks, coffee and complimentary massage in the lounge. First thing we landed on the island we had a very nice welcoming (The stuff were singing and dancing), Then we went to the reception to complete our booking, the front desk employees were so kind with us they served us with drinks and we met our butler Hisham, he is one of the best, he guided us around the island and managed our staying in the resort. We had a photo shoot on the beach with Mr.Shamal, he is the best if your looking for a photographer, We tried the arabic restaurant which they serve arabic food we met the chief he introduced him self to us . Great food in most of the restaurants in the island which is all inclusive as we booked, We also booked a dinner on the beach, the food was as well amazing big thank for the chief and the stuff there . They also surprised us with a cake and they were singing and dancing they really made my day more amazing. The resort in general is quite and peaceful place to stay for relaxing its a breathtaking resort. Plus to mention the water activities available at the resort was amazing as well, you will always found someone to escort you from the time you arrive till you departure again out of Male. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel, this is 7 star. This is the one

Everything was perfect, like staying in Paradise. We stayed at a Water Villa and the room was brand new - btw, the hotel is not even 1 year old. The restaurants and the all inclusive list is also outstanding, lots of different options and the food is fabulous! Mr. Prikshit, our butler, was restless and super attentive with us, we couldn’t be more thankful.

Ginifati Sea Food restaurant - this one was very disappointing. It is advertised as a sea food restaurant but once you go there you are only entitled to the Catch of the Day as per your all inclusive package. If you want to eat sea food you need to pay 40 USD as a supplement per person - it makes absolutely no sense for locally sourced food. Btw, if you order sea food as an appetiser (sea food fritto) it’s included in your package but not the main dish - again, makes no sense.

Enjoyable stay at the resort, we believe it will get even better with time.

We liked the service and attention offered by the hotel staff especially staff in the main restaurant and main bar. Our butler was superb (Hisham) and also the staff at the kids club were always willing to go above and beyond which was amazing.

The cleaning service of the room could have been better. Cleaning staff left fruit that was offered to us on our first day in the room for the duration of our stay. Additionally the floor was not swept well which meant sand everywhere. Also we would have loved to see more sea life around the resort. It was lacking in this area.

New resort, good food in 5 different restaurants, nice bars with huge drink and alcohol selection, beautiful views from the pools. You have a private butler, who books your dinners and drives u around in a buggy if you don't feel like walking

Disappointing

Great selection of food. Kids club very good.

I wouldn’t exactly say this resort is 5 star. Still needs working on. Service is sooooo slow like painfully slow. Whatever you order takes forever to come out. The flies in the room were extremely annoying. Main Pool wasn’t clean. Moosa our butler barely did anything I don’t know what was the point of him being allocated to us. No umbrellas anywhere even though it rains a lot. Just overall was not a 5 star resort at all. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend.
